ProxyContextPublisher	A ContextPublisher which will listen to remote ProxyContextSubscriber' messages and reinject them in to the local bus.
ProxySCaller	Proxy that receives ServiceCalls and injects them to the bus in other to get a ServiceResponse from the represented ServiceCallee.
