ContextPublisher	Provides the interface to be implemented by context publishers together with shared code.
ContextSubscriber	Provides the interface to be implemented by context subscribers together with shared code.
DefaultContextPublisher	The default context publisher simply ignores the notification about losing connection to other instances of the middleware.
